When in Maryland, get Maryland CE credits

This just in from the Maryland Real Estate Commission:

Three of the sessions offered at VAR’s Convention & Expo 2008 have cleared the hurdles to earn CE credits in Maryland. So for those attendees who hold a license in the Free State, you can earn six CE credits towards your Maryland real estate license renewal. Here are the three courses that qualify:

  1. Pricing It To Sell: How to Convince the Seller (2 Hour Elective for Continuing Education; no Post License Credit)
  2. Pricing Strategies for the 21st Century (2 Hour Elective for Continuing Education; no Post License Credit)
  3. Negotiation: The Games People Play (2 Hour Elective for Continuing Education; no Post License Credit)
